Visitors
When someone visits my website I use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. I do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify you.

Newsletter
We use a third party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver our regular newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.  All our newsletter emails contain a link to update your newsletter preferences or to completely unsubscribe from my mailing list. 

Email Security 
I use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt and protect email traffic. If your email service does not support TLS, you should be aware that any emails I send or receive may not be protected in transit. I will also monitor any emails sent to me, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software.

Data Protection
I use up-to-date industry procedures to keep personal data as safe and secure as possible and to protect against loss, unauthorised disclosure or access.

Information Collected
It is not necessary for you to register with me in order to access the Website. However I may collect some information for the purpose of my regular newsletter.  The information I collect is your email address only and no other personal information is collected or recorded. 

Shared Media 
All the content shared on my website such as Photos and Videos are authorised by the students and/or their parents.  If you no longer wish to have your content shared please email a request for removal to maggi.ballantyne@thevoicestudione.co.uk
